I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. From returning a charger to Nairobi to being excellent with a wheelchair person, they were always friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with plenty of activities for both adults and kids, including a spa pool and a playground. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was extremely impressed by the extensive grounds with plenty of beautiful bird life.

Very comfortable rooms. Outstanding staff. Excellent food. Nice size pool. Helpful guard on duty. Extensive grounds with many birds. Bird walk with knowledgeable guide. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient full board option. Beautiful grounds with bird life and monkeys. Awesome spa pool and playground. Good restaurant with nice food.
No negatve aspects.

Nice view from the room and great food options available in the restaurant. The hotel was located close to the town center and had easy access to major roads. The hotel staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.
The noise levels were very high and there was a lot of disturbance during the night. , the hotel lacked basic amenities such as proper air conditioning and the room was quite small.

Over Christmas, I had an amazing experience at a resort near Lake Bogoria. the pool options were amazing with hot and cold options. the service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff that ensured we had everything we required.
We were let down by the lack of flamingoes at the lake during our visit. the gate keepers were not very tourist appreciative, which resulted in a frustrating situation.

the room was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a good shower. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, which were clean and had a good number of sun loungers available.
The hot springs pool was not easily accessible for some guests, and the rocky terrain made it difficult to move around the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even returned a charger I left behind in Nairobi! The hotel grounds are simply stunning, with beautiful gardens and plenty of bird life. I loved waking up to the sound of birdsong every morning.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and beautiful surroundings.
